Question

Posted

Hi,

can anyone recommend a pen and pad that works with cakewalk on windows10. I’d prefer hard wired rather than wireless. I’ve been reading reviews and it’s a minefield trying to work out what will do the job.

I’m drawing tons of automation on orchestral tracks and the mouse is not the best tool.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before.

Thanks and regards

John

Hi

i have a huion kamvas pro 16 drawing tablet a few years old and win 10 and just tried to see how it worked in cakewalk. I am able to manipulate envelopes in track view with the huion pen and adjust velocities in prv for example. I don’t know how or where to draw automation to try that, if you tell me how I can try it, but generally everything i tried to manipulate in cakewalk works with the huion pen.

Hi Treesha,

thanks for the reply. I think you’ve answered my question and I found an old topic that said basically any pen tool will work so I’m going to try it.
