I've had the urge to do that to every instrument I've ever owned - and add computers as well. However, I've only shouted great obscenities at them so far.

Bob calm down they are only instruments.  Hope you don't do that to  your instrument  when it doesn't perform ???

With the instruments, it's my own fault. Sometimes things just take too long to learn. With computer it's an entirely different story. Inside that little block of plastic there is an evil being, watching me, just waiting for the worst time to cause trouble, and then when I really need it, and need it in a hurry, almost life and death, it craps out.
