How do I delete markers?

I followed Cakewalks directions on how to delete markers but it doesn't work. How exactly do I delete markers? (Thanks in advance!)

Go to View markers hit ctrl-a if you want to delate them all & press delete.

If that does not work maybe you have locked the track.

Awesome, I got it now guys. I thought they meant to hold left click on the marker and a "delete" option would appear. I didn't know they meant to use the delete key. Y'all saved me. Thanks so much for the help!

I'd recommend you use the Arranger Track for markers. You can create multiple of them and you can't overlap them like you can with markers.
