Remove Project from Start Screen

Is it possible to remove (delete) a project from the start screen and if so, how do I do this ?

Just inhabit your start screen with new projects; the older ones will be pushed further and further into the background until they are gone.  No real need to eliminate them altogether.

The method @Lynn Wilson describes is probably the best. ? -If you want the "next to nuclear" option - you will also find that moving the project file and/or its folder(s) (recommended but Have A Backup 1st - just in case), will also remove it from the start screen.
