How to I create a poll?

Polls are useful when you want the community to weigh in on a set of options to a specific question. To create a poll, first create a new topic, then select the “Poll” tab in the top of your screen. Enter the question for the poll question, along with some options, then submit your post!

Once a poll is published is it possible to edit the poll or add additional options?

For instance let's say there is a poll question like "What background color should the CbB meters be?

 A) Black  B) White  C) Red  D) Blue" and someone answers, "I want Green".  Is there a way to add Green as a poll response option?

You can insert picture. I just started a poll after reading this as I didn't even know you could do this. 

The pictures are in the normal posting dialogue below the post dialogue.

Thanks, actually tried that but didn't work... Will try it again.
