The same goes for everyone

When publishing a theme using borrowed elements it would be nice to add a credit in the theme's description but it is not necessary.

BTW, I found the "modified" date for 2020.04 is written 3/8/2020 in the preferences theme page.. does it need correction?

Not really, it is newer than the previous release.

Any date on or after Tungsten seems reasonable.
