Pitch Bend Sensitive not working on picth bend range setting

I want to make +-5 semi note， But When I openned the wheel and pitch bend sensitive to set it , it's not working, the note only get +-1 semi note bend, no matter which value  I set PBS……

Where are you setting it? It usually needs to be set in the synth you're driving
