Cakewalk crashes when I try to connect my VPN :l

Ok, so I am having this really weird issue with Cakewalk where the app just instantly crashes sometimes when I try to connect my VPN. It is happening with ProtonVPN and Express VPN. Does anyone have any clue what could be causing this weird issue?

What are you doing in Cakewalk when it crashes?
As tim suggested send a crash dump and we can take a look.
