Free Helix 3.50 Update for All Helix and HX Processors

Check your sound devices. HELIX added a "HELIX" output sound device to my machine during the firmware update. I went into Windows sound options and disabled that device to bring things back.

Thanks for the input. I checked sound devices, but the only thing there was the MOTU. Here is a link to the line 6 forum post.

I am pleased to say that, after a little bit of pulling my hair out, that the resolution to the issue apparently was uninstalling the 1.97 line 6 driver and reinstalling the 1.96 driver.  Line 6 is apparently looking at a fix?

Thanks to all!!  Its great to have this support group!  I thought it was just me...

 

I wouldn't / couldn't complain about something like this.  Stuff happens.  I've been dealing with windows / driver issues for ... lets see ... forever.

FYI - Line6 pulled the 1.97 driver from their download page.

 

Sorry I miss spoke.  Its still there.  Rolled back to 1.96.
