I then noticed that the rtf had been updated asking that the questions be answered by email, so I sent an email as well and that worked ok. The sender for the email with the license key was Andy Jones <andy.jones@futurenet.com> - you may need to adjust your email filters before sending the answers, and check your spam folders if it's not in your inbox after a reasonable amount of time 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
