HOOK
After automating a track, is there an option to make faders and knobs move on playback when the track isn't Write enabled? I find it confusing to see a fader at 0 when the output is automated to move to -12 and then to -15. I HEAR the automation, but I'd sure like to see the faders where they should be according to the automation lane. If this isn't possible, maybe I'm missing the problem this would cause. Perhaps someone can enlighten me. Thanks.

Will.
Are you automating the right parameter? Theres two different groups of Automation in CbB. The Clip submenu (with only Gain and Volume) and the other is the submenu group of the PC (Pro Channel) where you can Automate everything. From pan, volume, gain, effects etc.

HOOK
I'm automating from the Console view. Using the pan knob and fader. There are automation lanes that show up in the clips view. Am I missing something? thanks
