Larry Shelby
Ok...click on the USB Symbol...that is the FORK this track symbol, and it will take you to the Page that contains the mixed track. Right in the center of the track is a button that says Fork this track. You'll have to log in, then you'll be able to open the Mix Editor and then select File, then Download then tracks. I assume you have to upload them back and then submit them? I guess I need to dig deeper in... Edited July 3, 2019 by cclarry
kitekrazy
I prefer drawings. Most people in contest have better stuff.

Brian Walton
Since when is the Abbey Road Bundle $1K? Don't get me wrong that is one to the best things Waves offers as a package but seems like a bit of an oversell. Hate to say it, but having to listen to that song for as long as it would take to mix it would not be worth the top prize, IMO. 1
mettelus
Eesh... Extended version of Mortal Kombat? Once I hear a riff twice, I get it... listening to it incessently is beyond my patience.
Starship Krupa
One of the things that can drive me nuts about contests like the first one is that the prize for it is the Abbey Road Collection, which is a great bundle of plug-ins for someone mixing projects that use live instruments and samples and loops thereof. The "hello, 1999 called and wants its glowsticks back" Trance project you're supposed to add your personal touch to is not the kind of music that the Abbey Road Collection could really do justice to, at least the 12 seconds or so that I could stand to listen to (I don't care for Trance). Is it? Seems to me that an EDM producer or mixing engineer would much rather have something (anything) from iZotope.
Larry Shelby
I'm sure that song choice is geared more towards the "younger" market, to entice them in...
