FR - Make Smart Grid adjustable

FR - Make Smart Grid adjustable, which means i want to adjust how fine the snap-raster is set, based on the zoom level.

The snap-raster is often much finer than i would like to have it.

yes, I never got an answer to this. 

its still on my wishlist, because imo it does not behave like it should.
