How to select all IN Drum Map

To change Out Port in Drum Map Manager, I know there is a way to select them all and change one and they all change. But I can't remember the way to do this. 

Anyone got an idea?

Thanks again Scook!! That's the trick I couldn't remember!!!

I tried so many different combo's (including that one!) but didn't realize that they all didn't need to be selected (highlighted) to all be changed!!
