Galen Kamran
Hi, 1st post so sorry if using wrong format/ forum section etc. I have been trying different plugins before deciding what to keep. Installed Warmy and moved the x64v dll. file to Common Files/VST2 folder but CW does not find it even after scan and restart. Using W10.64bit, ssd for programs/files and a hdd for media. Checked with Warmy manual and it is in the correct file folder (VST2 not VST3). All my other VSTs installed without issue and work. Any idea why this is happening. scook
Is the path to the plug-in in the VST scan paths in CbB preferences? If not, add the path and run another scan otherwise run a reset from the same preference page with "Generate Scan Log" enabled. If the plug-in is not picked up, review the scan log.
John Vere
If the plug in uses an installer then best to use that to set any pathways. Moving a .dll of certain plug ins can disconnect them.
