Archetype Tim Henson Midi Mode

I just got the Archetype Tim Henson plugin and I want to use the MIDI mode for the multivoicer, and the user's guide says to assign a MIDI track output to the plugin to make it work, but Cakewalk doesn't give me an option to set the MIDI output to the plugin. Does anyone have a way to figure this out?

To send MIDI data to an audio FX plug-in:

Open the plug-in UI and "Enable MIDI Input" in the plug-in standard header VST2/3 drop down

then add a MIDI track with the input set to your controller, output set to the plug-in and enable input echo (until the data is recorded).
