Achim Bürger
Hi all, recently connected my Moog Matriarch synth via USB-MIDI with Cakewalk for the first time. Initally this worked well and I was able to send a MIDI playback to the synth. But after exiting Cakewalk the synth keyboard didn't work anymore. I found out that Cakewalk disabled the local keyboard control but didn't enable it again during exit. The same happens to the Arpeggiator & Sequenzer control. This is extremely annoying, since to enable the keyboard & sequencer again one has to enter the device configuration and press several keys in a certain order. Is there any way to change or circumvent this behaviour in Cakewalk? Do other instruments also behave like this? scook
There are variables for this in the [Options] section TTSSEQ.ini called SendLocalOff and SendLocalOn. TTSSEQ.ini is located in "%appdata%\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core" For more info see http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=INI_Files.5.html
Achim Bürger
Thank you, setting SendLocalOn=1 fixed the issue. Edited April 11, 2022 by Achim Bürger
