57Gregy Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Cool song, C.R. I like it. Did I hear Jon Lord in there? 3
bitflipper Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Credit to bapu for the mix. There's a lot going on in there. In truth, when he first presented this one to me I declined to contribute, saying it would be better to approach it as a power trio seeing as how it was already so dense. Kudos to Ed for refusing to take "no" for an answer and figuring out how to create a space for me so I could channel my inner Jon Lord. Actually, because Jon is still alive I should have said "channeling my inner Keith Emerson". But in truth I'm not that good. 3
Bajan Blue Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Cool track guys, really enjoyed it. The mix (and Jon Lord organ) sound great!! Nigel 2
antler Posted March 5, 2022 Posted March 5, 2022 Very cool song, and a great mix for having so much going on. Well done, everyone! 2
John Vere Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 Totally not a style of music I ever listen to but I just had to so I could listen to Bit's keyboard playing! ? 4

Wookiee Posted March 8, 2022 Posted March 8, 2022 Nothing like a partly screamed vocal to shift the cobwebs from the ears, mix sounds Ok here. 1

bitflipper Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 Well, I suppose technically I can play rings around Keith nowadays. By the same logic I play better drums than John Bonham, better guitar than Stevie Ray Vaughn, and better harpsichord than Amadeus Mozart. 2 3
jwnicholson78 Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 Kudos to all involved. That was a lot of fun. Jeff
