kriss Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 On a track i press the + on the FX and i see insert audio FX > ... .. . . . . . So far so good . The thing is that i want some of the plug ins there to be removed. I have so many now and it's such a headache to search for some that i use among lots of others. even some demo plugins that do not work appear there. The icing on the cake was some days ago when i added a couple of free plugins by Ikmultimedia and also other 20 demo plugins that do not work are there now. That's a huge mess, please help me ❤️ Is there a way to remove them from there ?

scook Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 The best way to get rid of expired demo plug-ins is uninstall them. The three "Sort by" layouts show all enabled plug-ins. The plug-in manager allows disabling plug-ins which effectively hides them but they still reside on disk and will be loaded in projects that reference them. Additionally, one may create custom layouts. The only downside to custom layouts is they must be manually maintained. The three "Sort by" layouts are built on the fly from all enabled plug-ins. 1
