If this is intended as a beat for further development then it is probably OK.

As a 3:12 song it is overly repetitive, same drum loop some cymbal loop, it needs some variation even break down for time of 3:12. 

It also sounds like you have applied a tremolo effect to the whole mix, have you?

Agree with others... and is it just me or the bass drum distort? It may be voluntary, distortion is used a lot these days, but it does not please me. In fact the track feels pushed to the limit and it feels pumping and distorting too much.

First of all THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Long Story short  I gotta admit it needs more work.

I jammed on my Keyboard a bit 

and its true there a lot wierd crossing frequencies and disharmonic overlapping notes.

Now i am trying to sort out the mess.

A lill improved version is now on my Youtube Channel.

@Jacques it is still distorted i will lower the Volume ?
