Any idea if it's offline or online installers (under the links above)?

 

(answering my own question: I think these are most likely online installers...)

which is also exactly what my email said about updating my plugins. This misled me into thinking my plugins were updated, expose 1 and levels. After doing the download, and entering the code, expose doesn't accept my code, on the mtm website it says to roll back because expose v1 is not included in this update and the installer I am supposed to go back to to get expose v1 with is not working for me.  I tried other older installers and cant get expose v1 to work and am emailing with support. I have no idea how trying to get levels again will go, for now just trying to get back my expose v1. 

so not all plugins are included in this update
