Batch importing stems

I'd love to know how to batch import stems, automatically routing them to a bus. Let's say I have multiple drum stems (wav) and I want to import them all, automatically sending them to a bus named 'drums'.  How do I do this without manually routing them one by one?

Quick grouping

Select the tracks, while holding down the CTRL key, click on one of the track's output drop down and select or create the bus.
