hey guys what keyboard shortcut do you use ?
besides shortcuts that was listed here

http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=KeyboardShortcuts.html

I made cheap programmable keyboards by following this tutorial

http://mitchtech.net/arduino-usb-hid-keyboard/

and it works.
the problem is I'm using 2 old ps2 keyboards, which means I have 208 programmable keys and 104 keys haven't programmed yet. so I ask you guys

If you interested you can use my code

Do you have a diagram showing how the PC, Arduino and keyboards are connected?

Hello--

Since I'm so used to using shortcuts generally, I looked into a dedicated Sonar keyboard a while back. The keys were colored with descriptions of what each did. Real helpful if you want to learn new shortcuts, but the ones I looked at were really cheap--as in low quality, so I went with a high end back-lit Logitech and I really like it. I'll just have to memorize the shortcuts I don't know already.

I got a set of keyboard stickers for my mine. It took a bit of searching to find ones that were up to date, as most were geared at Sonar X1/X2.

The thing is though, there's so many keyboard shortcuts it makes it kind of overwhelming.

Once you start using any program regularly, you get to remember the shortcuts in any case, and the usefulness of these aids is vastly reduced.

Personally, I've got a laminator so I just make cheat-sheets for everything, laminate them and put them up near the computer.  Works a lot cleaner than stickers (and my memory - lol!).

This is by far the best way.

I've got cheat sheets for everything nowadays.

I even have to remind myself how my gear is wired up!
