Tim Smith
This is an old Martin Luther standard. A few things I noticed. I will withhold my comments to see if anyone else picked up on the same things. I added some different parts to this that aren't a part of the original composition. Wait till you see what I'm working on next. Hint- It's the opposite of this -Tim
DeeringAmps
Hymn's are generally not on my play list, so no frame of reference for me. Enjoyed. t seems like you've got plenty of "level" on this one...

David Sprouse
Loved this tim. very uplifting. I don't know if it's the compression streaming services use or what, but they do it to my classical pieces as well..they concentrate all the energy in the midrange. The ending was kind of abrupt haha.

Thanks for listening and comments. 17 hours ago, jack c. said: feels like i'm in church which i haven't been since covid.a fine job all around!jack c. Thanks Jack. I am a sometimes church musician, so I guess I come by it naturally. Covid has messed so many things up. 4 hours ago, David Sprouse said: Loved this tim. very uplifting. Hidden Symmetry
Hi Tim, I enjoyed your rendition. Just my opinion & suggestion but I would re-visit the mix/ master, it sounds very loud to me. (plus the cut off ending) It was uplifting nonetheless.
Douglas Kirby
I liked the composition, but I thought the mix was a bit too hot for my ears - I heard some distortion on my headphones. I think it needs to breathe a bit more - just my two cents.
