How to install a digital Micro like Sennheiser MK4 digital

Hello,

i could not find any help yet. Maybe i searched the wrong way. Excuse me please.

My problem:

I want to use my MK4 digital MIcrophone by Sennheiser in Cakewalk.

The system can find it but there is no sound. I don't know what to do now.  Sorry for being a dummy maybe.

I made a new project, input line is the MK4, output are headphones. I chosed WASAPI Exclusive as driver and a 16bit audiodriver.

What am I doing wrong?

I hope you can help me. If you want you can answer in German.

So, what is the problem?

It does not record, or it does not make any sound when the transport is stopped.

If it is the latter, enable the input echo button just to the right of the record button in the track header

Hi Scook,

neither it does record nor there is a sound. I did not manage to get any sound out of the mic.

I tried the Echo-button but no effect.
