Why?

I deleted cakewalk by accident and was gonna download again (I deleted the bandlab assistent app), so i downloaded the bandlab assistent app and was gonna download cakewalk but the bandlab assistent app doesn't know cakewalk is deleted.

Does anyone know why?

Because the registry entries are still there.

Of course, you already did most of it, but you still need to clean up the registry.
