Yes it is. You can choose anything from the "Sound Pack Series".

You are correct. It showed up when I first went there then the second time a list of available titles without it appeared.
Must have been a glitch.

My guess is they filter out banks of the synths you're not owning.

I know I got a few Ultra Analog banks(they were free) before I got the Synth. You can still play them with the free AAS Player
