Audio Loop Unwanted stretching

How to have loop not stretch?
3/4 meter Project Tempo 110 48hz /24bit

Audio is cropped exactly where the loop sounds good, until :"loop" is enabled, then it Stretches and which makes the clip playback sound slow and wrong.
If "Stretch on/off" is on, then there is no "loop" option. help!
