Bandlab blocked in Windows 10

Please Who can help me to fix this problem whit Bandlab.

Its blocked in my Windows,  yesterday it works,   today its blocked,  hangs in the setup assistant 

I really don't know how to fix this problem and need some help to fix this in defender, firewall ??

Its now 2e time this happen
