Jrrshop as usual brilliant, but I've now logged my voucher code at the Magix site and have received nothing from them for 24 hours (this was for Movie Studio 18 Suite), and no reply to chase email.

Not sure if they are overwhelmed by orders or what.

@Kevin Perry if you log on to the Magix Service Center ("My Account") and go to "My Products" is it not showing up? You may want to contact Magix support (I've had to contact them a couple of times and they've always been pretty good for me, both in terms of responsiveness and solutions)

No.  I've emailed them this morning and heard nothing back yet.

 They over value this software.  Rarely do their upgrades scream "gotta have it!"

For not much more one could get Samplitude which is superior.
