Can my bandlab version of SONAR play a recorded clip in reverse for a cool snare back beat effect?

How can I reverse the recording of a verbed snare for instance. So as the effect would dictate the quiet verb,  then quickly swells into the pop of the initial snare hit...but is just recorded backwards.

Process-->apply effect--->reverse

duplicate the track
add reverb to new track 100% wet
reverse clip in the new track using method described above (Note: Process is on the main menu)
apply effect to new track using Process > Apply Effects > Audio Effects
reverse clip back using the method describe above
line up the new track with the original as needed
