move function not working

have imported some audio files using the audio import (as windows 11 does not allow drag and drop anymore) I now am trying to use the move function (F7) to line up the audio to  the starting point, however I can not get any movement using the F7 or the smart tool. 

I can get nudge to work and I dont have the lock set.

Anyone any ideas of what is happening?

I think I have proved that this is a windows 11/cakewalk 2021.11 issue. As I just loaded the file on a laptop with windows 10 and 2021.11 and moved worked ok.

Anyone know how to report a bug?
