Vernon Barnes
I wonder if this will address some of the instability issues.
Xoo
It appears to have trashed most of my licenses, so I'd be wary.

Grem
Not a good sign. And I want these guys to succeed. But a update roll out like this? Ok. Forever hopeful. They will get it straightened out.
Larry Shelby
Ok...a quick reinstall of the license manager fixed the server error... All is well!
Bapu
PC install was flawless. Mac install was OK but now License Manager says "server was unable to process the request try again shortly"

Xoo
I reinstalled all my packs and they appear to be re-licensed, but the content scan is taking its usual eternity to run - anyone else see this?
Bapu
Finally go the Mac working. After installing latest License Manager and logging out and logging back in. What a pain in the Mac a.$.$. Edited October 26, 2021 by Bapu
LAGinz
Do you still have to be connected to the internet to use this? Are the re-authorizing issues still there?
jackson white
@LAGinz it's been working better, but no definitive statement yet. Drew's been posting a bit more information here... https://gearspace.com/board/product-alerts-older-than-2-months/1349865-bfd3-4-update-inmusic-migration-20.html

LAGinz
Yeah, I rolled back to the FX 3.3. Version. Drew is a good guy, and helped me on a few things post migration. But in the end, I got tired of too many wonky stability issues. If they solve these, I’ll come back because I REALLY dig the sounds, but until then…

You know it’s funny, given my complaints above, but if I were you I would get the upgrade, on maybe the 50/50 chance that they get things straightened out. I like the sounds that much-they just seem more organic and real to me than the Toontrack stuff (which is great stuff).
