Cakewalk logging into Bandlab website on startup

When I start Cakewalk in Win 10 it now seems to always want to log into the Bandlab website via my browser.   It started with a recent clean installation.   How can I prevent this from happening?

Have you activated the software yet ? Let it do that once, then you.re good to go.

Note it needs re-activating every 6 months or so, which it does automatically when you open it and your PC is online.

It was the activation, thanks.  I had activated once but uninstalled and reinstalled for various reasons.
