How to contact Native Instruments Support

Searched 2 h now for a possibility to contact Native Instruments Support.

Can't find any Email Adress or Phone number or any other contact possibility! ?

Start the Native Instruments "Service Center" app, click on "Help" and then "Visit the Native Instruments Support Homepage..." which will take you to the support page for your geographic location.

From there I come to the same support page where you can't get any contact Infos but this email:

info@native-Instrument.de

Which is useless, cause you can't get Support on this, down below the answer from my email:

No questions about products or technical support!

For future reference, the Native Instruments Support page does not provide direct contact info.

But it will walk you through submitting an online support request for your product. You just start by selecting the topic from the main support page.  Then there will be a "Get Support" button when you have identified what you need help with.
