bitflipper Posted October 14, 2021 Posted October 14, 2021 Ohio State Marching Band halftime show on 9 Oct. Great job by the arranger - drum line must have been especially pleased with the project. And some of the best marching choreography ever. 4
TheMaartian Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 (edited) Thanks for sharing, bit! Been a Rush fan since seeing them at B'ginnings in Schaumburg, IL over the '74-'75 New Year's holiday when they toured Fly By Night (just after Neal joined). Love this! I was a drum major in a D&B corp after my Army duty. We marched in parades with the Kilties and the Chrome Domes (and sometimes the Dumb and Bungle Corp; from Duluth IIRC), but we were the filler; they were the main attractions. bitflipper Posted October 16, 2021 Author Posted October 16, 2021 Someone in the YT comments said that Rush got their first radio airplay on an Ohio radio station. I wondered why Ohio in particular had a connection to Rush, and why it wasn't a marching band from, say, Ontario. 1
kennywtelejazz Posted October 16, 2021 Posted October 16, 2021 Rush or no Rush that marching band is heavy duty on so many levels ? Kenny
