issues in updating and installing

hello guys

i cant install install Cakewalk in my PC. A notification says that updates are available however the downloading will never happen; it is always 0/0. while trying to install without completing the download, the 3 adds get downloaded without the cakewalk itself.

Does anyone have a suggestions in solving  this problem?

If running CbB 2020.09 or newer use the in-app update process

If running an older version of CbB use the Cakewalk Web Installer

The Cakewalk Web Installer handles first time installs too.
