I only get the digital subscriptions. Since I am subscribed through pm.com would I be able to get the free downloads associated with that magazine somehow? First create an account at FileSilo (https://www.filesilo.co.uk/), that is where the Computer Music mag download are hosted. Then you will have to unlock each issue using a word from a page of the mag to prove you own the mag before accessing all the goodies. Just make sure you bring a lot of patience when doing this.
