exVista
I start a new project, add 1 virtual synth (Rapture Session).... works fine = outputs sounds. I then import a midi file (multiple tracks) and assign these to Cake walk TTS 1 I copy the contents of 1 track from the TTS 1 set and paste into the Rapture Session track Rapture Session refuses to play a note. Even bringing up the synth itself and playing via its keyboard produces no sound
0 scook
Well known issue with Cakewalk sfz engine synths such as Rapture Session and Studio Instruments. See this post for solutions
0 exVista
I finally figured out that there were a load of cc0 events in the copied track, setting the bank to zero. Removed those and everything is fine. What a pig - all down to Band-In-A-Box midi output.
