That was my first thought as well. I really love the GUI of Tantra 1 and Thorn (as well as Diversion, although I don't have that one). Too bad every GUI has to be dark and boring nowadays. Still, it could have been worse. Much worse.

I have Tantra 1.x and TBH i found it a bit of a resource hog especially if using in a multitrack project or on more than one track

Geez, that GUI is pretty bad. Still, because of stuff I already own and a $75 voucher …getting it for $25 kind of tempting.

It’s definitely not in my wheelhouse and I might not use it a lot. But the possibilities are kind of intriguing to me  for measured use of it, such as for certain musical peaks in a production.

Price is too high, gui is very ugly , and a lot of functions that has tantra, has a lot of vst instruments.
Tantra 1 was most useful and  looks better  than Tantra 2.

I received my code today. Also provided info on the GUI.
