troubleshooting How to re-install Melodyne in bandlab assistant?

I completely deleted cakewalk last month, but this problem appeared when I re-downloaded it.

I don't know why but Melodyne is the only one I couldn't  re-install, I am sure that it had been completely removed.

Can someone teach me how to solve it? please.

The easiest way is use the Cakewalk Web Installer instead of BandLab Assistant.

I think it’s a demo version and would have expired. So possibly it can’t be re installed using the same account once it expires. 
I you did purchase a licence for Melodyne 5 then you go directly to the Celemony website and download directly from there

BA uses the registry to track what it installs. That is why the option is disabled there.

It may be possible to repair the install using Windows Apps & Features.

That may be what re-running the Melodyne installer from Cakewalk Web Installer will do.
