Where is the latest info " Installing Cakewalk?"

I just spent at least 20 minutes on Google looking for the most up to date link to downloading and installing Cakewalk and got nowhere. 

I have seen a few mentions of it here on the forum that this has changed but I didn't pay close attention as at the time it didn't concern me. Of course searching the forum doesn't work. All the stickies are out of date. The latest release is 40 pages long.

I am in the process of making a new tutorial and want to be accurate but everything on the Web shows the Bandlab assistant still. Is this correct for a fresh install?

No, use the web installer.

OK that's pretty sketchy. I guess that's why it's not showing as it's just a Beta test. To bad they don't have it official yet as that would give me a solid link to use. One of the things I'm trying to overcome is all the outdated information on the Tutorials and internet.
