I've found, if you have a fairly good drum groove already . . . you can use the CAL script "Random Time" to very slightly alter drum kit pieces, so everything doesn't fall exactly on the bar lines . . . makes it sound more organic, like a drummer with only a few beers. If the drum groove is not there to begin with, not much can help.

If bad timing is all you're after, any non-drummer tapping on a keyboard can do that.

I’d use a Groove Quantize Template at about 50% settings, followed by Humanize at very low settings. And if you want to vary the Tempo, use the Tempo Map. You can extract the Tempo Map from a similar song then apply it to your tune or just draw it in yourself.
