Bandlab Assistant 10.0.0 Won't Download, Install 2021.06 Update 2 (build 27.06.0.057)

My Bandlab Assitaint v10.0.0 is not downloading or installing Cakewalk 2021.06 Update 2 (build 27.06.0.057). There's no error, it just won't download.

However, Cakewalk keeps saying an update is available.

All very well but I have a new Win 10 Machine and am stuck in a perpetual cycle of BL, downloading Cakewalk and then when I select Install it starts DL'ing again.   This BL interface is not good, have had many problems with it.   Why can't we just dL the program??
