Bapu
Is that praise for autotune or a slam on Lennon?

Hidden Symmetry
Tomorrow never knows...he'd might've used it as an fx as the Beatles did using loops, backward tape, ADT...Rev. #9 comes to mind.

CoveCamper
I do not know about John using it, but I sure wish he would have turned Yoko on to it!
Clovis Ramsay
The Yoko songs on Double Fantasy were actually on pitch pretty well, though tastefully is anyone's guess. John was just so accomplished and enjoyed feeding off controversy, he indeed would have used auto tune for a song he would knock out in 10 minutes and then act like it never happened once asked to make a comment on it. I would have LOVED to know what he would have said about that album had he lived to see it released. His guitar work on Walking On Thin Ice (Yoko cuckoo bird dark disco song) was just so out of character for him yet he did it brilliantly.
