Hey All,

The password reset problem is now fixed on the SSL website. 
SSL responded to my email with an apology and told me that they had a problem over the weekend and I can now reset my previous password for my account.
I went ahead and used the link that they sent me and it worked, I am back in under my old account.

Also if you plugin's license information was not listed under your old account name, read below.

Why do I not see my license in my account?

If you have just purchased an SSL plug-in and do not see a license deposited in your account, the reason is most likely that you filled the order form with your email address instead of your active iLok ID before pressing REVIEW ORDER.

To correct this, please submit a ticket with a screenshot of your iLok License Manager with Change iLok account as the subject.
