Need to reactivate Cakewalk but offline export method doesn't work

I got a error message today when I started Bandlab asking me to reactivate the program.  I tried to export a request via the Bandlab Help menu but I got an error message from the Cakewalk web site and the message said contact tech support.    Tech support's email was unavailable.

Any ideas how to fix this?
