Weird Mixer/Interface Glitch??

Turned on my Behringer UFX1204 mixer/interface and found one channel creating a high pitched sine wave. No inputs were active.

I powered the mixer OFF and back ON but the sound was still there.

The EQ section has an On/OFF switch which was ON, so I turned it off and the sound quit. Turned it back on and all was good.

Seems one of the EQ pots was generating the noise.

I've never seen this happen before on any mixer/interface.
