Zalman Raphooel
i have recorded 12 tracks which are sent to a master track. The master 's output is to my Focusrite ASIO driver. However I am getting not sound. I have tried everything I can think of. It's almost as if the master is muted. Any suggestions for a fix
Colin Nicholls
First principles. Create a new empty project. one audio track. Import some audio. Cycle through the possible output ports for that track. Do you hear sound at any point? What do you see in Edit > Preferences > Audio Devices ?
John Vere
99% of the time people are hearing no sound is due to the master bus has been diverted to something like a digital output. Check your Master bus output.
Kalle Rantaaho
Do you mean that when recording a single track, you can hear the audio (I can't imagine anyone recording twelve tracks without hearing the audio at all any time), but when listening through Master Bus, it's silent? lapasoa
Check the right connection from your DAW master bus and your audio soundcard. There is some audio output in your soundcard to be fixed right.
