Our beloved friend bayoubill passed away April 15th, 2021. He will be missed.

That sucks. Thanks for the post. He seemed like a friendly guy. I admired how he persevered through repeated weather and other assorted tribulations, seemingly Job-esque.  I will give those compilations a spin, thanks!

I don't post often but have been visiting this forum every day for many years and always enjoyed Bills posts and humor. RIP Bill you were one of a kind and will be missed.

I always saw Bill as one of those indispensable personalities that have made the Cakewalk forum such a great place.  I don't post a ton, and don't recall ever directly interacting with Bill on a thread, but always read his posts when they went up and I'm really saddened to hear of his passing.
